Job Description : WORKSHOP MANAGER DRC ???? Industry: Automobile / Commercial Vehicles Key Responsibilities: ? Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure efficient service delivery. ? Lead and supervise the Service & Spare Parts teams (12+ team members). ? Plan and prepare spare parts orders to ensure optimum inventory levels. ? Ensure adherence to HCV service processes, systems, and quality standards. ? Monitor workshop productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. ? Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions. ? Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. Desired Candidate Profile: ???? Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering ???? Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Workshop Management. Prior experience with HCV or authorized dealerships is mandatory. Exposure to automotive operations in India or Africa preferred.
