Positioned to become a landmark retail, dining, and lifestyle destination in Gurgaon Role Overview The Mall Head / Centre Director will be responsible for the overall commercial, operational, financial, marketing, and tenant management performance of the asset. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, retail leasing understanding, and a proven track record of managing large-format retail destinations. Key Responsibilities ? Drive mall profitability and EBITDA targets ? Oversee mall operations, facilities, engineering, safety, and compliance ? Lead tenant relations and retailer engagement programs ? Manage annual operating budgets and CAM cost controls ? Drive footfall growth, shopper engagement, and consumption targets ? Develop and execute annual marketing and event calendars ? Collaborate with leasing teams to strengthen retail mix and replace underperforming brands ? Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring high service standards and operational excellence Key Performance Indicators Candidates should have hands-on ownership of: ???? Total Mall Area & GLA Management ???? Occupancy % and Vacancy Control ???? EBITDA Achievement ???? Trading Density Performance ???? CAM Recovery & Collection Efficiency ???? MBA preferred ? 15–20 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in Mall Management / Retail Real Estate leadership roles ? Strong understanding of retail operations, leasing, engineering, finance, and compliance ? Established relationships with retailers, IPCs, and brokers ? Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
