Job Description : Manager – Facility Management ???? Qatar We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Manager to lead the operations, maintenance, and performance of a large real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee preventive maintenance and asset reliability programs ? Manage hard & soft FM services and service providers ? Drive SLA/KPI performance and operational excellence ? Ensure HSEQ compliance and regulatory adherence ? Control FM budgets, costs, and resource allocation ? Support asset lifecycle planning, major repairs, and refurbishments Requirements: ? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field ? 15+ years of facility management/building operations experience ? 3–5 years in a leadership role managing FM teams ? Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems ? CFM, FMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are preferred ?
