Job Description : PLANT DIRECTOR | NUTRACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING CANADA Open to International candidates with 20-25 years experience growing nutraceutical manufacturer seeking a Plant Director to lead a high-volume, cGMP-regulated operation. This role will oversee Production, Maintenance, Inventory Control, Safety, Quality, and Workforce Development, with full responsibility for plant performance, operational efficiency, and profitability. Ideal Background: ? 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience ? Nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment ? Multi-shift operations leadership ? Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, SOPs, and continuous improvement ?
