Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI 15+ years experience Operations Manager to oversee PE Lamination Films in Food & Hygiene packaging. This pivotal role is based in the UAE and reports directly to the CEO, encompassing responsibility for all operational and production aspects of the plant. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven expertise managing manufacturing processes within film production, with a focus on plant and factory management. Key deliverables include optimising production efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless supply chain coordination. Candidates should have a solid understanding of PE lamination films or similar materials, along with experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline, complemented by extensive hands-on experience managing production operations within the films or packaging industry. Proven achievements in streamlining manufacturing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering operational excellence are essential. Prior exposure to the food and hygiene sectors or lamination films will be viewed favourably.
