REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience at least 5 years in sales leadership within the retail sector. • Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills. • Good understanding of marketing execution and customer engagement • Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock planning • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
