General Manager

Job Description : General Manager Quality (Rubber Division) TARNOW POLAND Open to International candidates with 20/25 years experience Reporting To: President / COO To lead and manage the Quality function of the Rubber Division, ensuring customer satisfaction, product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations involving O-Rings, Oil Seals, Rubber Molded Components, and Metal Bonded Rubber Products. Key Responsibilities Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across all Rubber Division plants. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and applicable automotive standards. Drive quality improvement initiatives to achieve Zero Defect and Customer Satisfaction targets. Manage customer complaints, warranty issues, and corrective/preventive actions. Lead APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and other Quality Core Tools implementation. Monitor and improve process capability, rejection reduction, and cost of poor quality. Develop quality systems for Rubber Molding, Compression Molding, Injection Molding, O-Rings, Oil Seals, and Metal Bonded Rubber Components. Coordinate customer audits, certification audits, and internal audits. Lead supplier quality development and incoming quality assurance activities. Mentor and develop Quality teams across multiple locations. Analyze quality KPIs and present improvement plans to management. Support new product development activities and ensure successful customer approvals. Mandatory Requirements 15+ years of experience in Quality Management. Minimum 8 years of experience in Rubber Manufacturing Industry. Strong experience in: O-Rings Oil Seals Rubber Molded Components Metal Bonded Rubber Products Compression & Injection Molding Processes Hands-on knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D. Experience in handling OEM and Tier-1 automotive customers. Proven leadership experience managing multi-plant quality operations. Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Polymer / Rubber Technology) MBA / PGDM will be an added advantage.
