Job Purpose: Seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a Holding company, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the company's trading and contracting operations, to drive business growth, profitability, operational excellence, market expansion, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with corporate governance, legal requirements, and industry standards. ???? Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and profitability across trading and contracting business units. · Lead and oversee all business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and shareholder expectations. · Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to strengthen the company's competitive position. · Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales performance, project acquisition, and business development activities. · Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability to ensure the company's financial health. · Monitor major contracting projects and trading operations to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, suppliers, investors, and key stakeholders. · Ensure compliance with local regulations, contractual obligations, corporate governance standards, and risk management policies. · Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. · Review and approve major investments, contracts, procurement decisions, and capital expenditure proposals. · Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. · Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors. ???? Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience, including 8+ years in senior executive management roles • Strong background in trading, contracting, construction, engineering, or related sectors ????
