Job Description : Head of Finance – GCC Location: Dubai Sector: Logistics Senior regional finance leadership role responsible for leading the finance function across the GCC, partnering closely with Regional Managing Directors to drive business performance, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The position oversees all aspects of finance, tax, treasury, legal, governance, and compliance while supporting the integration of regional businesses into a global operating model following acquisition. As a member of both the regional and global finance leadership teams, the role plays a key part in business transformation, performance management, working capital optimisation and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused finance leader with strong business partnering skills, multi-country experience and a proven track record of leading teams and driving change within complex international organisations.
