Job Description : Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) | East Africa Our client is seeking an exceptional and visionary Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) to lead one of East Africa's most diversified business groups through its next phase of growth, transformation, and value creation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of the Group's long-term strategic vision and growth agenda. Drive enterprise-wide transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability. Lead regional expansion, investment initiatives, and business diversification. Foster strategic relationships with shareholders, investors, government institutions, financial partners, and other key stakeholders. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a transformational business leader who possesses: 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 10+ years as a CEO, Group CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or in an equivalent executive leadership role. Proven success leading large, diversified businesses or conglomerates in Africa preferably.
