UAE Experience is Mandatory We are looking for a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in managing financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the UAE market. Key Requirements: ? 15–20 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting ? Significant UAE experience in a senior finance leadership role (mandatory) ? Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred ? Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management ? In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance ? Proven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams ? Strong commercial acumen and ability to support business growth through strategic financial insights Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead the overall finance function and financial strategy of the organization ???? Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis ???? Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements ???? Manage cash flow, financial controls, risk management, and cost optimization initiatives ???? Provide financial guidance and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders ???? Drive operational efficiencies and support business expansion plans ????
