Job Description : PHARMA PLANT DIRECTOR UK Open to International candidates with 20+ years in pharma manufacturing Drive operational excellence, ensure GMP/PIC/S/ISO compliance, and inspire cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end plant operations: production, quality, engineering, supply chain, HR, and EHS. Ensure strict compliance with international regulatory standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Shape plant strategy, lead expansion projects, and align with global business goals. Build strong leadership teams, mentor managers, and foster collaboration. Deliver on KPIs across quality, output, safety, and financial performance. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field. 8–10+ years in senior pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership. Experience managing large-scale factories in multinational settings. Strong knowledge of GMP/PIC/S/ISO standards and quality systems. Excellent English communication skills; proven ability to lead diverse teams.
