Job Description : Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design & Development Head CANADA Open to International candidates ?? Define and drive the product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and design & development strategy aligned with business objectives ?? Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept to commercialization ?? Drive innovation, new product introduction (NPI), localization, value engineering, and technology advancement initiatives ?? Oversee manufacturing process development, process optimization, tooling, automation, and industrial engineering projects ?? Ensure adherence to APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and other automotive quality systems ?? Lead capital investment planning, equipment selection, and manufacturing readiness for new programs ?? Collaborate with OEM customers, cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing operations to ensure successful project execution ?? Build and develop high-performing engineering teams while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement ? Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate with strong technical leadership experience ? 25+ years of experience in Automotive or Auto Component Manufacturing Industry ? Proven experience in Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and Design & Development functions ? Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence practices ? Experience managing multiple complex engineering and product development programs simultaneously ? Exposure to capital equipment procurement, tooling development, automation, and manufacturing process enhancement ? Demonstrated success in leading large engineering teams within a large-scale Automotive supplier environment ?
