This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in export sales, distributor management, and international market expansion within the perfume and personal care industry. Key Responsibilities Drive export sales growth for perfume and fragrance products across GCC, MENA, Africa, and other international markets. Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trading partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and channel partners. Develop market entry strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Manage export pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and contract agreements. Oversee export documentation, compliance requirements, shipping coordination, and order fulfillment processes. Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business performance updates for management. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Export Sales, preferably within the personal care, perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, international logistics, and trade compliance. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding international markets. Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, and international business partners. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial acumen and strategic business development capabilities. Ability to travel internationally as required for business development and client engagement.
