Factory Head

Job Description : Factory Head ???? Location: Africa ???? Industry: Beverage We are looking for a Plant Head / Factory Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a high-speed food & beverage production facility. Key Responsibilities ? Lead overall plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Utilities & EHS. ? Drive manufacturing excellence through improved OEE, productivity, line efficiency, and cost optimization. ? Ensure smooth operation of KHS, Krones, and Tetra Pak processing & packaging equipment. ? Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. ? Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, Food Safety, and EHS standards. ? Lead large cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence and employee development. Requirement ? 15–20+ years of manufacturing experience ? 5+ years as Plant Head / Factory Head / Manufacturing Head ? Hands-on experience with KHS, Krones, and/or Tetra Pak equipment ? Strong exposure to Beverage, Dairy, Bottled Water, Juice, or Liquid Food Manufacturing
