Job Description : Manufacturing Manager – Beverage Industry ???? Join our growing team and lead world-class manufacturing operations in the beverage industry! We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee both Production and Maintenance functions, ensuring operational excellence, maximum equipment efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead Production & Maintenance Operations ? Drive OEE, Productivity & Plant Efficiency ? Implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Programs ? Ensure GMP, HACCP & Food Safety Compliance ? Manage Utilities & Plant Equipment ? Lead Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, 5S & Kaizen) ? Develop High-Performing Teams ? Optimize Manufacturing Costs & Reduce Downtime Preferred Background: 12–18 years of experience in the Beverage/FMCG Manufacturing Industry Minimum 8 years in a leadership role managing both Production & Maintenance Experience in Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD), Packaged Drinking Water, Juice, or PET Bottling Plants Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, SAP/ERP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards ????
