Job Description : GM CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA Dynamic and results-driven General Manager with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale Construction projects in the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors. Proven expertise in piling, civil, structural, and piping construction, with a track record of delivering complex, high-value projects safely, on time, and within budget. Adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with international standards. CORE EXPERIENCE Project Leadership: End-to-end management of refinery and petrochemical construction projects. Civil & Structural Works: Deep expertise in piling, foundations, steel structures, and concrete works. Piping & Mechanical Systems: Skilled in piping fabrication, erection, hydro-testing, and commissioning. Strategic Planning: Aligning construction execution with client objectives and project milestones. Safety & Compliance: Strong focus on HSE standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with clients, contractors, and government authorities. Cost & Resource Control: Budget optimization, procurement strategies, and workforce management. Preferred candidate profile Strong Written and Oral Communication. Willing to relocate to Overseas sites for 1 year permanent deputation basis. Good mental and Physical health Team Handling skills of more then 1000 people. Preferred working in project cost above 800 cr.
