Job Description : GM – Formulations R&D (OSD & Injectables) IRELAND Open to International candidates Should be M.Pharm with Ph.D. with 20+ years of relevant experience in Formulations R&D. Strong expertise in the development of OSD and Injectable formulations. Proven track record in product development, scale-up, technology transfer, and regulatory submissions. Experience with reputed pharmaceutical formulations organizations is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Lead formulation development activities for OSD and Injectable products. Drive innovation, product optimization, and lifecycle management initiatives. Coordinate with Analytical R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Ensure timely execution of development projects in compliance with regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop high-performing R&D teams.
