What You'll Be Doing ???? Manage facilities operations across multiple commercial and retail properties ???? Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes ???? Manage contractors, service providers, and technical building services ???? Ensure statutory compliance, Health & Safety, and building regulations are maintained ???? Control maintenance budgets, capital projects, and operational expenditure ???? Partner with Property Managers to deliver operational excellence and exceptional tenant service We're Looking For ? Minimum 18 years' experience in Facilities or Building Management ? Proven experience managing multiple commercial and retail buildings ? Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and general building infrastructure ? Experience managing contractors, budgets, maintenance programmes, and compliance ?
