Job Description : Head – CNC Operations (VP / GM Level) POLAND Open to International candidates with 25+ years experience of 3 Manufacturing Plants) This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing CNC machining operations across 3 manufacturing facilities with: ? 150+ CNC Machines ? 100+ Part Variants ? Multi-plant operations serving leading OEM customers The role will own end-to-end CNC Operations P&L and lead initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost optimization, standardization, and customer delivery excellence. ???? Lead and align CNC production operations across all plants ???? Drive OEE improvement, machine utilization, throughput, and setup time reduction ???? Own and improve profitability through conversion cost, tooling, energy, and scrap reduction initiatives ???? Ensure adherence to OEM quality standards and achieve best-in-class delivery performance ???? Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs ???? Standardize processes, SOPs, and operational practices across locations ???? Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance systems to maximize uptime ???? Partner with Engineering teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) ???? Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams across plants 25 years of manufacturing experience ? Background in Auto Components, Foundry, Precision Machining, or Engineering Manufacturing ? Extensive hands-on exposure to large-scale CNC machining operations ? Proven experience managing multi-plant manufacturing environments ? Strong track record of delivering productivity gains, cost optimization, and profitability improvement ? Expertise in CNC machining, tooling, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence ? Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience
