Job Description : VP level - from 75K-100K AED/ SAR per month. You would need 18 years + experience in major projects Commercial Management of major Real Estate Projects / Cost, Procurement, Project Controls, Projects Compliance, Contracts Administration Management, Supplier / Contractor/ Subcontractor payment and Audit, Commercial Audit and review of Tender -Pre Contract Award/ Critique / Pricing Review/ Due Diligence, to confirm or retender.. The chosen candidate will either be in region or able and ready to relocate to the Middle East on a permanent basis to sit in the leadership team either in KSA or UAE. You will need to have a strong background in Construction Global Commercial, Contracts, Cost and Procurement strategy, projects lead and delivery of major building / construction/ infrastructure projects, at £300M++ on a consistent basis. Background with either a asset owner/ operator - developer or a major international / strong regional construction group and been at the central point of Projects Cost / Contracts and Commercial/ Procurement for construction and client strategy and activity. You will need to be fully qualified in QS MRICS Commercial or Construction/ Project Controls / Procurement and show an exceptional background in sector.
