Job Description : Global Director of Facilities Management New Jersey/New York $250,000 – $280,000 Base + Bonus + Executive Benefits We are partnering with a global services organization on a confidential search for a Global Director of Facilities Management to lead a major international account with approximately $85M in annual revenue responsibility. This is a highly visible executive leadership role overseeing a complex portfolio spanning the United States, EMEA, and additional international markets. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic lead for the client relationship while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, growth, and long-term account retention. The client environment is heavily focused on engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong facilities management and technical services background who can build credibility with engineering stakeholders and senior client leadership teams. The account currently operates across more than 20 countries, with significant opportunities for continued growth, capital project execution, and contract expansion.
