Job Description : Head of Projects | UAE UAE-based manufacturer on a confidential search for a Head of Projects to join their senior leadership team in Dubai. This is a newly created strategic role sitting at the heart of a significant live CAPEX programme. You'll take ownership of governance and delivery across multiple concurrent capital projects — production line expansions, warehouse developments, and manufacturing infrastructure — reporting directly to the CEO with full accountability across all workstreams. Ideal for someone with 15+ years of capital project delivery experience, including a strong track record in manufacturing or industrial environments. You'll need to be equally comfortable on the shop floor and in the boardroom — managing contractors and consultants on one side, and presenting to the CFO and CEO on the other. UAE or GCC experience is a strong advantage.
