PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER GUYANA FOR DAIRY PRODUCTS ? Plan, organize, and oversee daily dairy production operations. ? Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. ? Manage and supervise production staff to maximize efficiency and productivity. ? Implement process improvements to optimize production performance and reduce waste. ? Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and company policies. ? Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field. ? Minimum of 15 years of experience in dairy processing or food manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. ? Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, quality management systems, and food safety standards. ? Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ? Ability to manage production schedules and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
