Job Description : Security Manager NAIROBI KENYA We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Security Manager with 10–12 years of experience in security operations, preferably within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: ? Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets ? Lead and manage all security operations and emergency response procedures ? Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures ? Develop, train, and mentor the security team ? Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations ? Liaise effectively with local authorities and emergency services Candidate Profile: ? 10–12 years of relevant security management experience ? Strong leadership and team management skills ? Expertise in crisis management and emergency preparedness ? Sound knowledge of security systems, audits, and compliance standards ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
