Job Description : Luxury Hotel General Manager Open to Relocation (USA) Salary: $200,000 Luxury hotel General Manager with 20+ years’ experience across 5-star resorts and upscale lifestyle properties, delivering RevPAR Index growth to highest in property history (2025) and +7% YOY RevPAR growth (2026 YTD) while increasing occupancy from 57.9% to 65.1%. Proven operator delivering strong financial performance, achieving 49.2% profit margin in first full fiscal year and sustaining record GOP margins for 3 consecutive years through operational restructuring and cost control. Guest experience leader driving measurable performance improvements, including +490 to +500 basis point increases in guest “likelihood to recommend” scores, alongside top-tier national rankings in service performance within luxury hotel segments. Experienced in luxury resort openings, renovations, and recovery projects, successfully leading full hotel rebranding, complete guestroom renovation programs, and post-crisis operational recovery (including post-hurricane reopening). Recognised executive leader in global 5-star hotel groups, awarded Corporate Food & Beverage Team of the Year (2012) and Donald Pritzker Award of Excellence (2008), with consistent leadership of multi-outlet luxury F&B and rooms divisions across international markets.
