Job Description : HEAD – QUALITY ASSURANCE EAST AFRICA Quality leader to drive end to end Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance across the business. ???? 15+ years of Quality Assurance experience in the Dairy Industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role ???? Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology ???? Strong expertise in Quality Systems, Food Safety, Supplier Quality, Laboratory Management, Customer Complaints, and Regulatory Compliance ???? Hands on experience with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP, GHP, Audits, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement ???? Proven experience in leading QA teams, driving quality culture, and partnering with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain ???? Experience in UHT Dairy, Tetra Pak and/or Elecster Operations, Fermented Dairy Products, and Multi Site Quality Management will be a strong advantage ???? Greenfield project exposure and ERP based Quality Management Systems preferred PRODUCTION MANAGER – YOGURT EAST AFRICA production leader to drive operational excellence across its yogurt manufacturing facility. ???? **12 to 15 years of Production experience in the Dairy Industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role** ???? Bachelor's / Master's Degree in **Dairy Technology, Food Technology, B.Tech, or M.Tech** ???? Strong expertise in **Set Yogurt, Drinking Yogurt, UHT Yogurt, and Fermented Dairy Products** ???? Hands on experience in **Pasteurization, Homogenization, Sterilization, Incubation, Filling Operations, Cold Rooms, and Blast Freezers** ???? Proven experience in **production planning, manpower management, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, loss reduction, and cost optimization** ???? Strong knowledge of **GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement** ???? Experience leading large production teams while driving quality, safety, and operational performance ???? **Dairy industry experience with exposure to Fermented Products and UHT Processing is essential** ???? **Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Food Safety Auditor certifications will be an advantage**
