Job Description : Head Formulation R&D SWEDEN Open to International candidates Qualification: M.Pharm Experience: 25+ Years REQUIRED EXPERTISE: ? Injectable Dosage Forms Ophthalmic Dosage Forms Solid Dosage Forms Semisolid Dosage Forms > DESIRED PROFILE: Strong experience in Formulation R&D leadership role Expertise in multiple dosage forms Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements & product development ?Excellent team leadership and technical decision- making skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead formulation development activities from concept to commercialization Conduct literature searches, scientific publications review, regulatory guideline assessment, patent searches & innovation analysis Plan, design, and execute formulation development experiments Prepare & review technical documents: • Development Protocols MF, MPS, PDR • CPD, QTTP, FMEA, SDS & related documents Support regulatory approvals and product licensing activities Manage scale-up, exhibit batches & technology transfer activities Review development reports, investigation reports, SOPs & departmental documents as per GMP requirements Guide formulation team in laboratory batches, optimization batches, scale-up batches and commercial batches Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
