Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager – Fruits & Juices Location: UAE Ras Al khor _ Aweer About the Role We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our fruits and juices manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality compliance, productivity improvement, cost control, and team management while ensuring food safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end production operations for fruits, juices, and related products. Develop and implement production plans to meet business targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and company quality standards. Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, and cost control measures. Lead, train, and develop production teams and supervisors. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse. Prepare production reports, KPIs, and management updates. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 7–10years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in fruits processing, juice production, beverage manufacturing, or FMCG food production. Thorough knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Experience in production planning, inventory control, and process optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
