Director – Operations

Job Description : Director – Operations (CDMO & Softgel) We are looking for an experienced Director – Operations to lead two manufacturing units in a fast-growing pharmaceutical organization. Key Requirements: ? 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry ? 10+ years of exclusive Softgel manufacturing experience (Mandatory) ? Strong exposure to CDMO operations ? Recent USFDA audit experience (within the last 2 years) is mandatory ? Qualification: M.Pharm ? South Indian candidates based anywhere in India who are willing to relocate back are preferred. The role will oversee large-scale operations, lead cross-functional manufacturing teams, and report directly to the CEO.
