Job Description : Plant Head – Operations (Sr. GM Level) ???? We are looking for an experienced Plant Head – Operations to lead a large-scale injectable manufacturing facility. Key Requirements: ? Existing Site Head / Plant Head experience is mandatory ? 25+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing ? Strong exposure to Injectables, Lyophilization (LYO) & Oncology is a must ? Experience managing Production, Engineering, Warehouse & Packing operations ? Proven track record of handling regulatory audits (WHO-GMP, EU-GMP & other global agencies) ?
