Job Description : Head – Formulation R&D DENMARK Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience M.Pharma ???? Required Expertise ? Injectable Dosage Forms ? Ophthalmic Dosage Forms ? Solid Dosage Forms ? Semisolid Dosage Forms Lead formulation development from concept to commercialization. Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, and regulatory guideline assessments. Plan, design, and execute formulation development experiments. Prepare and review technical documents, including Development Protocols, MF, MPS, PDR, CPD, QTPP, FMEA, SDS, and related documentation. Support regulatory submissions and product licensing activities. Manage scale-up, exhibit batches, technology transfer, and commercial batches. Review development reports, investigation reports, SOPs, and departmental documents to ensure GMP compliance. Guide formulation teams during laboratory, optimization, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing. Drive troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proven leadership experience in Formulation R&D. Strong expertise across multiple dosage forms. In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical product development. Excellent technical leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
