Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD HOME APPLIANCES DIVISION The Business Head - Home Appliances Division will lead and drive the growth of showroom operations, B2B sales, and B2C distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home appliance sales, team leadership, business development, and market expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage sales operations, develop marketing initiatives, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. . With minimum 18+ years experience . Currently working in a Team Leader, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Division Manager, or higher leadership role. • Proven experience managing retail showrooms and distribution networks. . Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C sales channels. .Bahraini or Arabic National preferred. • Experience working with leading home appliance brands and retail showroom networks will be an advantage.
