Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute (B.Tech background preferred) ???? Experience: 18 Years ???? Industry Preference: Automobile, Manufacturing, FMCG Key Responsibilities: ?? Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process ?? Drive forecasting, performance tracking, and business reviews ?? Develop financial models and scenario planning for business decisions ?? Design and enhance MIS, dashboards, and management reporting frameworks ?? Analyze profitability, margins, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency ?? Manage working capital, cash flow, and investment governance ?? Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights and support growth initiatives Ideal Candidate: ? Strong experience in FP&A, Business Finance, and Performance Management ? Exposure to manufacturing-driven business environments ?
