Key Requirements: ? 10+ years in Business Management, Operations, Chief of Staff, or General Management ? Experience managing multiple business units or companies simultaneously ? Worked closely with Founders, CEOs, or Business Owners ? Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills ?
