Job Description : Vice President – Sales (Rice Division) Location: Dubai or Singapore We have been exclusively mandated to recruit a Vice President – Sales for the Rice Division of one of our clients, a leading global agri-commodity trading company with a strong and well-established presence across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's rice business across key international markets. This is a strategic business development role requiring deep market knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and an extensive network within the global rice trade. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 20 years of experience in the agri-commodities industry. Extensive experience in the rice trading business, with strong product knowledge. Proven track record in international sales and business development. Strong understanding of customers, distribution channels, and market dynamics across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. Established relationships with key buyers, importers, distributors, and trade partners in the target geographies will be a distinct advantage. Please Note: This is currently a Sales & Business Development leadership role and does not carry direct P&L ownership. However, the position offers a clearly defined growth path with the potential to evolve into the Head of Rice role with full business responsibility. Location: The role can be based in Dubai or Singapore, depending on the selected candidate.
