Job Description : Food & Beverage Manager – Bermuda An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a leading multi-unit hospitality operation in Bermuda. This newly created leadership role will oversee front-of-house operations across a diverse portfolio including casual dining, fine dining, cafés, bakery, sushi, catering, and private events. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll lead a team of approximately 250 employees and play a key role in driving operational excellence as the business continues its expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop front-of-house operations across multiple venues. Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and service excellence. Develop beverage, cocktail and wine programmes. Manage supplier relationships, purchasing and commercial negotiations. Deliver training and coaching to build high-performing teams. Work closely with the Corporate Executive Chef and operations leadership to enhance the guest experience.
