Job Description : GM ZAMBIA Lead overall business operations and strategic growth initiatives. Drive operational excellence, profitability, and business performance. Manage multiple business units and cross-functional teams. Develop and execute business strategies, budgets, and KPIs. Ensure governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred). 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Construction, Security, Real Estate, Agriculture, or diversified business operations. Strong business acumen with proven leadership and financial management experience. Excellent communication, decision-making, and people management skills. Location ???? Southern Africa. Compensation: Up to #INR 35 Lakhs per annum (approximately #USD 35,000 per annum), based on qualifications and experience.
