Job Description : Workshop Manager | East Africa ????* We are looking for an experienced *Workshop Manager* to lead and manage workshop operations for a fleet of trucks, trailers, and passenger vehicles. ???? *Location:* East Africa ???? *Key Responsibilities:* • Oversee workshop operations and maintenance activities • Lead a team of technicians and ensure efficient workflow • Minimize downtime through timely repairs and preventive maintenance • Manage spare parts inventory and control costs • Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment usage • Prepare reports, KPIs, and performance summaries *Required Qualifications & Skills* * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering * 7–8 years of experience in fleet maintenance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role * Strong knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automotive electrical systems * Proven experience in team management and workshop planning * Proficiency in MS Excel and maintenance management systems (preferred) ????
