Head of Marine

Job Description : Head of Marine Operations to lead marine activities at a major export terminal in Africa. We're looking for an experienced maritime leader with: ?? Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (Foreign Going) ?? Extensive experience in marine and port operations, with a strong understanding of international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS and ISM) ?? Strong background in bulk cargo handling, vessel operations and STS transfers ?? Proven leadership in safety, compliance and operational excellence
