Job Description : CFO UAE AED 45,000–50,000/month ? Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking an experienced CFO with 20–25 years of experience, including mandatory UAE experience in a senior finance leadership role, with a strong background in strategic financial planning, business partnering, and executive-level decision making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working closely with stakeholders, supporting the management team, and acting as a trusted advisor in critical business decisions. Experience in shadowing and collaborating with the management team to drive financial performance, growth, and long-term strategy is essential. Requirements: ? Qualified CA ? Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, reporting & cash flow management ? Proven leadership experience and strong commercial acumen ? Demonstrated experience at a strategic level, working closely with stakeholders and senior leadership ? Ability to advise on critical decisions and support the management team in business planning and execution ? Experience in shadowing the management team and contributing to high-level financial and operational discussions ? Excellent written and oral communication skills
