Plant Operations * Lead Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, Engineering, Utilities, and EHS functions. * Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets. * Drive capacity utilization, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency. * Monitor plant KPIs and implement corrective actions. 2. Manufacturing Excellence * Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. * Reduce waste, cycle time, downtime, inventory, and manufacturing costs. * Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and plant productivity. 3. Quality Management * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and customer requirements. * Lead quality improvement initiatives and customer audits. * Drive reduction in defects, rejections, warranty claims, and customer complaints. 4. Supply Chain & Delivery * Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and OEM customers. * Ensure uninterrupted material availability and on-time delivery performance. * Optimize inventory and working capital. . 5 Safety, Health & Environment * Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. * Promote a zero-accident culture. * Lead sustainability and energy conservation initiatives. 6. People Leadership * Lead a large workforce including managers, engineers, supervisors, and operators. * Develop succession plans and leadership pipeline. * Maintain healthy industrial relations and union management. 8. Strategic Leadership * Develop long-term manufacturing strategy aligned with business objectives. * Support new product launches, localization, automation, and digital transformation. * Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams. ?
