Job Description : Plant Manager – Cement Plant ???? Location: UAE We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead cement plant operations and drive production, safety, quality, and operational excellence. Requirements: ? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field ? 10–15+ years of experience in cement manufacturing ? Minimum 5 years in a Plant Manager or senior leadership role ? Strong experience in Pre-Heater, Pre-Calciner & Dry Process Cement Plants ? Knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, quarry management, and production planning ? Experience in budgeting, CAPEX, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives ? GCC/UAE experience preferred ? Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities: • Lead plant operations to achieve production, quality, and cost targets • Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental standards • Drive operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement programs • Oversee maintenance strategies and asset management • Develop and mentor plant teams while fostering a high-performance culture
