Job Description : : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) UAE to steer financial strategy and corporate growth for a prominent entity in the UAE. This boardroom-level position demands a seasoned financial architect with over two decades of experience. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the board, seamlessly business-partnering with stakeholders and shadowing the executive management team to drive long-term fiscal performance and structural compliance. ???? Remuneration: AED 45,000 – AED 50,000 / month ???? Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulate, executive, and monitor the group’s overarching long-term financial strategy, corporate budgets, and commercial capital allocation models. ???? Executive Business Partnering: Shadow, collaborate with, and advise the management team on high-stakes business planning, operational restructuring, and critical investment decisions. ???? Stakeholder Management: Serve as the core financial liaison and trusted advisor to institutional stakeholders, board members, and external financial entities. ???? Fiscal Controls: Command full oversight over group liquidity, complex cash flow management, corporate governance, global tax structures, and absolute regulatory compliance. ???? Performance Optimization: Analyze operational metrics and financial data to drive cost-optimization, mitigate corporate risks, and unlock new revenue-generation pipelines. ???? Requirements & Qualifications ???? Credentials: Valid qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent premier professional finance designation. ???? Experience: 20 to 25 years of progressive, deep-rooted experience in corporate finance, including mandatory, proven tenure in a senior finance leadership role within the UAE. ???? Commercial Acumen: Exceptional commercial acumen with a track record of driving corporate performance at a strategic, board-facing level. ????? Communication: Elite written, oral, and presentation skills required to confidently steer high-level financial and operational discussions.
