Job Description : CEO DRC FOR FASHION RETAIL 20-25 years experience The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for Kenny’s Group, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across all brands and markets. This full-time, on-site role located in Continent involves setting long-term vision, approving business plans, and aligning company objectives with market opportunities. The CEO will oversee finance, operations, sales, and marketing functions, ensuring efficient supply chain processes and strong franchise performance. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders, reviewing performance metrics and financial reports, making key investment decisions, and driving initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational excellence. The CEO will also represent Kenny’s Group in high-level partnerships, stakeholder engagements, and industry events, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture and developing leadership talent within the organization. Qualifications Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Proven expertise in Operations Management, with a track record of optimizing supply chain, logistics, and multi-location retail operations. Solid background in Sales and commercial leadership, with the ability to drive revenue growth across diverse brands and markets. Advanced Strategic Planning skills, including market analysis, portfolio management, and long-term growth strategy development. Extensive executive-level experience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries, preferably in multi-country or franchise environments. Exceptional leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with comfort managing complex, fast-changing business environments. Relevant university degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly advantageous
