Job Description : General Manager – Operations / Country Head ???? Location: Zambia Key Responsibilities: Lead overall business operations and drive organizational growth. Manage P&L, operational performance, and strategic initiatives. Oversee finance, HR, administration, supply chain, sales, and project execution. Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and corporate policies. Build strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and key stakeholders. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). 15+ years of leadership experience in Mining, Automotive, Construction Equipment, Industrial, or EPC sectors. Proven experience in business operations, commercial management, and team leadership. Prior Africa experience will be a strong advantage.
