Location: Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and business development for Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV). Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Manage dealer networks, key accounts, fleet customers, and government tenders. Drive customer relationship management, market expansion, and profitability. Lead and develop the sales team while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 12+ years of experience in HCV, Commercial Vehicles, Automotive, or Equipment Sales. Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. Africa market experience will be an added advantage.
