Key Requirements: • Previous experience managing a luxury retail store or boutique • Strong team leadership and people management skills • Proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and enhance store performance • Exceptional client service and relationship-building abilities • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Location: Dubai, UAE Compensation: Up to AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
