Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) UAE We’re looking for experienced finance leaders to oversee all company accounts, financial monitoring, and audits. Key Responsibilities for both roles: • Full financial oversight & control of company accounts • Lead internal audits and ensure compliance • Financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting • Risk management & strategic financial planning • Liaise with external auditors, banks & stakeholders Requirements: • CFO: 10+ years experience, CA/CPA/CFA preferred, prior CFO/Finance Director role • Expertise in IFRS, VAT, corporate tax UAE • Strong leadership & analytical skills
