Job Description : SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER LOCATION: UAE GREENCORE BEAUTY Greencore Beauty is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to lead sales performance and oversee day-to-day operational excellence across our retail network. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership skills who can optimize processes, drive revenue growth, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless business operations in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across multiple retail locations. Manage daily retail operations and new store openings. • Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and customer experience. • Analyze sales performance and implement growth strategies. • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Operations or Multi-Store Management. • Strong background in sales planning, merchandising, and retail operations. • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
